By placing an order through this website you agree to the terms and conditions set out below:

All samples where advertised are free. We only charge £4.99 for standard delivery on each sample ordered and this is non-refundable.

Delivery:

Deliveries over Christmas & New Year Period
Please note there will be no deliveries taking place between 23rd December and 3rd January. All orders placed on or after the 22nd December will be processed on the 4th January.

All orders will be dispatched next working day (unless otherwise stated). Standard delivery time is 2-4 working days. Please note we currently are delivering to UK mainland only for Islands please ask for quote before ordering some islands may not be eligible for delivery. For pallet deliveries a contact number must be provided when placing an order as this requires special arrangements. Please note we use a courier service and they have a strict policy of delivering to kerbside or as nearest as possible to your entrance door. Drivers will not be insured to enter premises. 

Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and whilst Floors 2 Go will use its best endeavours to meet any delivery dates quoted it shall not accept any liability for delay or failure to meet delivery dates quoted.

Please do not schedule any fitters for installation before all your goods have arrived to satisfaction as Floors 2 Go will not accept any liability for delays in delivering your order and any costs relating to hiring 3rd parties for installation and fitting. Please ensure you or the installer inspect all items for defects prior to installing the product.

Manufacturer Warranty & Claims:

Please note this warranty is offered by the manufacturer of the product and not Floors 2 Go.

All manufacturer warranty claims for faults will require an independent inspection costing £320+VAT at the site where the flooring has been installed. If the inspection results in favour of the claimant, this inspection fee will be refunded. Installation costs are not covered in the warranty.
